Working with the AliCat Project was a great experience. Working as the recording engineer along with mixing and mastering. This project had it's challenges with scheduling and getting instruments situated. Working with David Ali and the gang was great. These clients really had things put together. The project took about 8 months from start to finish and the results were some amazing songs in the 80's hairband genre.

From raw tracks to polished work. This project was an amazing challenge. Getting a proper mix with effects and panning was such a fun project. Getting this song radio ready was a great experience.

My name is James Ramirez and I have been in the music industry since I was 9. Playing in several bands over the years. From contemporary music, Rock, Tejano, and Light Jazz I have a clear vision of how sounds and styles function. I have recorded artist from 80's Glam Rock, Country, Conjunto and Tejano giving me experinece is several genres and I know what works. Experience and attention to detail is my goal for your project.
